		<description>Well, I don&#039;t think it&#039;s &quot;earned&quot; so much as it&#039;s his. It&#039;s his company, he can run it however he likes. Completely agree on that front. 

I don&#039;t begrudge him anything - he&#039;s done great. I&#039;m just worried for my friends that are building their own businesses and putting their own futures on the line while Z gets up to speed. That&#039;s largely on my friends too, IMHO, not just Mark.</description>

That said, I think he&#039;s earned his chance to learn on the job. He built Facebook from a dorm room project to the defining tool of this period in the Web&#039;s growth. 

I doubt that Zuckerberg was ever prepared for the kind of visibility he now faces, at least not at this point in his life. But like all of us, he&#039;s doing the best he can. And I think he&#039;s earned the right to keep working on it.</description>
