Online Community Unconference – free pass!

June 4th, 2008 Posted in Business Strategy

If you’re even a little interested in online community development, the must-attend event is the Online Community Unconference. Run by my friend and client, Bill Johnston from ForumOne, last year’s event was a fantastic time. By far one of the best events I attended last year. (Check out the absolutely stunning group of community rock stars attending towards the bottom of the page)

There are only 250 passes available this year, and they’re nearly sold out. Fear not! Bill has hooked me up with a free pass to give away, Community Guy Contest style.

The rules are simple: leave a comment on this blog post and I’ll randomly choose one winner based on your “number”. This “number” is the order you left your comment in (third commenter = #3).

Nothing complex this time around, in respect for the unconference vibe.

So…what are you waiting for?

I'd love to have the opportunity to exchange ideas regarding online communities with others at the upcoming unconference. As an online community advocate for over 13 years I'm interested to learn if things have really changed tht much or not

It would be awesome to attend, and it would definitely help me out in the long run.
  • Hey Jake
Please don't include this comment in the draw, as I will be unable to attend. I do just want to say though, that these events look hugely valuable. Hopefully I can make an appearance next year!
