In online communities, “unrest” is often the voice of the little guy, going against the grain. This can range from the common troll to a well-spoken ranter who believes that something is wrong with you and your ‘thing’, and they have reasons why. The tough part is wading through and making sure that you’re separating the two, so you can use the latter to improve. If you move into the commercial space, the tougher part is convincing them that it’s NECESSARY to do so. You can’t silent the voice of dissent, or else you silence a source of innovation.

Oh, and howdy! :) It was nice chatting with you at Refresh.
