Plano technology company seeks Adobe Flex developer to work as part of a very dynamic team creating a new application. Product is a unique combination of web and desktop components.

Responsibilities

- You will be a core member of a small, highly productive team of developers and a business analyst.

- Implement a high performance desktop application using Flex and the Adobe AIR framework.

- Code asynchronous communication with third party web services (SOAP and RESTful) in ActionScript 3.0 or Javascript.

Experience/Background

- Must have 2+ years experience developing in Adobe Flex 2/3 and ActionScript 2/3. (Candidates with less Flex experience and a strong Javascript background will be considered).

- Must have experience with asynchronous programming and communication with web services.

- Knowledge of Adobe Integrated Runtime (AIR).

- Candidate must be creative and comfortable learning and integrating new technologies.

- Candidate must be comfortable being a key contributor to a small team.

Highly Desirable

- 6+ months Adobe AIR development experience.
