I am fascinated by the Flatiron Building. I used to work part-time on the 23rd floor while in Architecture school. It was groundbreaking (sorry for the pun) in its time and still conjures up thoughts of forward thinking and movement. And, most importantly, the Shake Shack is right across the street!
