As you probably know by now if you follow this blog, I do community work for a living. I work day in and day out with colleagues and product enthusiasts to help build bridges, and more importantly, relationships between those groups.
As much for my own sake as to help those of you who are interested, I thought I’d start posting some of my personal “Rules of the Job”. Look for them on a regular basis.
