		<description>I guess it&#039;s a possibility. Let&#039;s pretend that you hired better people and have great products. How long will it take for these &#039;better&#039; people to spread the word? Will you have to hire more just so news would travel fast? I mean sure it&#039;s great to have good people and board etc etc, but if you want news to travel fast, I don&#039;t think it will be as good. But that&#039;s just me.</description>
