Let's pretend that you hired better people and have great products. How long will it take for these 'better' people to spread the word? Will you have to hire more just so news would travel fast? I mean sure it's great to have good people and board etc etc, but if you want news to travel fast, I don't think it will be as good. But that's just me. I guess it's a possibility.
