I think the cut and paste ads do away with the hollerin&#039; cowboy and give small business owners an opportunity compete with the big boys with higher quality ads.  These ads usually run on cable on well-known national networks like espn. This does prove your point, though...an abundance of media choices lowers advertising costs and gives the little guy greater access to all media.</description>
