You have been more accepting in your response than I. To me a C+ is garbage for the amount of time and expense you have put into their airline. In today's age we can get services of all types from many different companies. So providers beware, your customer service is the only thing you have going for you. It was hilarious, and reminded me of this thread. I'm glad to see that you got a satisfactory (if not stellar) resolution to the issue.
