Hello my fine feathered visitor!
I started this blog in June 2004 as a way to document and share things I’ve learned about the art and (lack of) science of building, supporting, and connection with online communities. I do this stuff for a living (want to hire me?) and find myself repeating ideas and mantras and questions regularly. I asked myself, self I says: “Why not share this stuff with others that might get a kick of the discussion too? Years later, here we are.
