Ant’s Eye View is hiring a Senior Consultant for the new Silicon Valley office. The Senior Consultant will work alongside proven practioners guiding organizations through the process of transforming customer experience and brand engagement by activating and embedding customer voice in every aspect of their business. The Ant's Eye View team comprises experienced practitioners delivering proven expertise in internal collaboration, social media, community building and management, and influencer strategy development. The Senior Consultant specifically will lead client engagements, build out project deliverables, and contribute to internal business operations/processes.

The senior consultant will perform the following activities:

· Partner with client teams in developing hypotheses, gathering data, brainstorming alternatives, and generating recommendations

· Guide clients through issue definition and project plan development using problem solving principles and past experience

· Integrate broad sets of data into frameworks which can then be used to produce insights and develop strategy

· Research and write client deliverables for strategy and implementation programs

· Review deliverables with clients to consistently gain buy-in and understanding prior to executive presentations.

· Help clients define the structural and cultural changes required to reach their business objectives

· Assess and manage risk throughout all aspects of a client engagement

Qualifications:

Successful candidates will meet the following criteria:

· 5-7 years experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, and/or Strategy Consulting

· 1-3 years experience delivering significant business results through online engagement strategies, including community management, social media leadership, or influencer programs (specifically experience with applying social media and/or web 2.0 technologies to solve challenging business problems)

· Experience project managing medium/large scale, multi-phased client engagements or product/service launches.

· Significant experience in business strategy, marketing, finance, and/or operations

· Significant experience in data analytics, testing and visualization techniques

· Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Need to be able to present comfortable to executive audience.
