Description:

What we're looking for

  • Ideally someone with 3+ years experience working with a team developing, managing or moderating web-based communities.
  • Excellent written communication skills, particularly in relation to online communities, blogs, and as a moderator or facilitator of online forums
  • SEO and social media experience.
  • A level head and sound judgment.
What you’ll do
  • Help us build the best community for IT professionals in small-and-medium businesses.
  • Design and execute strategies that grow the participation and engagement of community members.
  • Foster a collaborative community culture by moderating conversations and enforcing community guidelines.
  • Establish metrics & report on them on a monthly basis
  • Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with  advocates.
  • Use social media (twitter, facebook, LinkedIn) to engage with users.
  • Orient and assist Spiceworks partners to make their participation in the community successful.
Important Note: Remote candidates will not be considered. You must live in Austin, TX or be willing to relocate. This is a full-time position. No part-time or contract option is available.
