The event, “There’s a new conversation” focused on what’s happened in the 10 years since the launch of The Cluetrain Manifesto. Ted invited me to speak and I happily jumped on board. Of course, he failed to mention I’d be following up the incredible Doc Searls. Thanks, Ted. It turned out fine though, even though I was having an off day. If you’re interested, the video of the session is embedded below.
